Perspiration. This word means fear to many people. We have the capacity to produce about ½ liter of sweat per day. This, of course, in environments with even temperatures. As we are living an excessive heat wave, this amount goes up, increasing our discomfort.
However, it is important to emphasize that the smell does not come from the sweat and from microorganisms that are naturally present in our skin, which feeds the substances present in our sweat.
Another important thing is to understand the difference between “deodorant” and “antiperspirant “.
- Deodorant: as the name says, it removes odor - just the odor, it does not prevent sweat.
These contain substances that kill microorganisms, thus preventing bad smell.
- Antiperspirant: is responsible for blocking the sweat - for a period of time. Usually contains an aluminum salt, which causes in your body the inability to produce sweat in that area.
Besides the deodorant spray and roll -on, there is a more natural alternative: crystal. The salt crystals are made of mineral salts, i.e. free of aluminum compounds, alcohol and other synthetic chemicals. To apply simply wet them, form a paste and then pass in the armpit.

In the past two days, I showed some modern cuts that are getting popular. Various styles of modern and funky tufts that I love.
Any cut gets even better when you finish it with any product, being it wax, pomade or mousse among others. For you to not get lost, I separated my top products.
1 - Paul Mitchell - SoftStyle - Foaming Pomade
Used to finish the hairstyle. Always use with wet hair and apply a small amount of the product. Then, use the dryer with a small paddle brush. I always use it in my hair and recommend it.
2 - Loreal Paris - Elnett
For me it is the best fixing spray because leaves no residues and keep the hair intact for much longer.
3 - Schwarzkopf - Osis + Dust it
This is a miraculous powder. It lets any hair with incredible volume. You have to just apply a small amount at the root and spread it with your fingertips.
4 - Schwarzkopf - Osis + Mess up Texture
This wax is amazing because it keeps a dry aspect. The good thing is that it does not seem that you are using wax. Your hair will still move and gives a lot of support.
5 - Loreal Paris- Fix Max TecniArt
Perfect gel for wet look. Leaves no residue when dry.
6 - Loreal Paris - Oil Extraordinary
This oil is in fact extraordinary! You can feel how smooth and soft your hair gets with just a small amount; plus, it get a very hydrated appearance. Ideal for before, after a brush, or even in those days when your hair look opaque.
7 - One Leave-in
I love this product. It is very good and has more than 10 functions to your hair. It has a very nice smell and I let it dry by itself. You can use and let air dry or make a brush soon after.
